Gourd Divas Returns

 Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. 

• When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. 

• Shipping, freight, and service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Return product within 10 days of receiving your RMA with RMA number on outside of package. Items returned without RMA number on outside of package or past the 10 days deadline will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

• Return packaging and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  Product must be returned in saleable condition.
